The staff introduction Japanese teacher Suzuki Manami

I’m Japanese language teacher Suzuki Manami.

Recently, I introduced the school, but today I’d love to introduce myself.

◆ Hobby

I’m doing street dance since I was the university student. I love HIPHOP, JAZZ and R&B.

From time to time, I’m practicing in Tanuki Koji (mole located in the center of Sapporo).

I’m performing in clubs also, so please come to see me!

◆ Countries I’ve been

Australia, Canada, America

I stayed in Australia for studying around 1 month, when I was university student.

In Canada, I tough Japanese language to high school students during one year.

Speaking of America, I’ve travelled to Hawaii when I was a kid. I crossed the border line of Canada to enjoy there!

◆ Countries I want to go to

Korea, Italia, Thailand, Spain…too much to write it here!

If I had a chance I’d love to go around the world.

I adore natural sceneries, so please recommend me countries and places to go.

◆ Hokkaido advantages

There are a lot food and fascinating spots here, so the thing I really like is that it’s easy to make a living in Hokkaido.

Compare with Tokyo and Osaka, prices are cheaper and people are more friendly.

And the most important point for me – there are no cockroaches here!

I can sleep peacefully ^^

Let me introduce myself. I’m Sakashita Masae.

I’m the teacher of Japanese language in Hokkaido JaLS school.

◆ Hobby

I love outdoor activities.

Summer means mounting climbing and camping for me, winter – snowboard and climbing.

Every day, I’m going to the office by my mountain bike.

◆ Countries I’ve been

America, Taiwan

◆ Countries I want to go

I want to go to Europe

◆ Hokkaido advantages

There are a lot of attractions here, such as Furano lavender field or Soran Festival, but I highly recommend to see 1 million sunflowers field, located in Hokuryu town.

It’s so gorgeous!

◆ Hokkaido JaLS advantages

You can take the walk in Odori park or go for shopping inside the Sapporo station after your classes are finished.

I think you can have fun and try to live a full life in Sapporo, since the school is located right in the middle of Sapporo!

Sakashita Masae

Staff introduction Japanese teacher Yamazaki Emi

I’m teacher of Japanese language in Hokkaido JaLS, Yamazaki Emi.

◆ Hobby

My hobby is skiing. Since I was 3 years old, my dad used to put me on his ski and I always had so much fun.

Now, every year my dad and me are going to ski. Next year I’m thinking about challenge myself by getting the certificate.

◆ Countries I’ve been

China, Taiwan, Macao, Thailand, Korea, Germany, America, Canada, New Zealand

I’ve experienced living in China for 2 years 3 months, in New Zealand for 1 year 3 months.

◆ Countries I want to go

Now, I want to go to Chili. I want to meet my friend whom I know from New Zealand, and also see Eastern island – Moai.

◆ Hokkaido advantages

Hokkaido people are often called [big-hearted] and [open-minded], so it’s very easy to become a friend, with those, whom you met only once.

I want you to come in Hokkaido and make a lot of friends here.

Every year, I have one place where I always go. It’s Shakotan.

There is the sea called Shakotan Blue, once you will go there – you will fall in a love with it!

It doesn’t matter if you feel sad or depressed, even if you feel happy – there is always a place to heal yourself!

There is a beautiful cape in Shakotan, and also you can it delicious sea-food bowl by a cheap price. I really want you to go there.

◆ Hokkaido JaLS advantages

Hokkaido JaLS is located close not only to the Sapporo station, but also to Odori Park and Sapporo Clock tower, so it’s perfect to take a walk around the city after the classes.

There are a lot of [enthusiastic] [big-hearted] [easy-going] teachers in Hokkaido JaLS.

You can ask questions not only about your studies, but also anything about Hokkaido and daily stuff, so, please, don’t hesitate to do it.

Yamazaki Emi

Let me introduce myself.

I’m Japanese language teacher, Kobayashi Satoko.

◆ Hobby

Scuba diving (I like to swim)

◆ Countries I’ve been

New Zealand, Indonesia, America, Canada, Korea, Malaysia

Last year I lived in Malaysia.

◆ Hokkaido advantages

I love Odori Park.

There are a lot of blooming flower in spring, and Yosakoi Soran festival.

Bear garden is during the summer, Autumn festival, where you can eat a lot of delicious local food is in autumn, and of course, Snow festival is in winter.

You can enjoy Odori Park all year long!

◆ Hokkaido JaLS advantages

Thee are a lot of friendly staff, they like to teach and have fun also.

There is a lot of delicious food in Hokkaido, so I’m sure we will enjoy it together.

Last time we introduced Japanese Supporter.

 This time, we introduce Japanese language teachers.

 

I’m the principle and Japanese language teacher, Nakano Rieko.

◆ Hobby

I love reading books.

I have a lot of Manga, so I put some of them in Hokkaido JaLS.

So please, feel free to read it at our school.

◆ Countries I’ve been

Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, America, Canada, France, Taiwan, Thailand.

 I’ve experienced living in Malaysia and Vietnam.

◆ Hokkaido advantages

I was very impressed by the trip I had to Obihiro and Tokachi last year, so I recommend everyone to go there.

Stock farm and huge sky spreading in front of eyes, the whole sky studded with stars t night – everything was very beautiful.

That’s why we added Obihiro and Tokachi trip to our summer course.

I’m sure this is the place all of the students would like to go.

◆ Hokkaido JaLS advantages

It’s located in the center of the city, which is very convenient.

There are a lot of offices around here, and a lot of place where lunch can be eaten at reasonable prices.
